Leslie was fantastic, prior to me placing the order I had a few questions. I was able to e-mail them and she replied back with answers and was very helpful. Placing the order was easy, Leslie provided updates stating she was working on it and the steps along the way. She also provided an estimated shipping date and she was right on target. She did state in the beginning that with pottery sometimes the schedule changes. My wife received her Anniversary gift and Loves it! Hats off to "The Mud Place" & Leslie!
