This teapot is made by a combination of processes which give it rich texture and bulbous form that is full of character. It is from a series of work that I have been working on recently where I combine processes to make highly textured yet symmetrical forms. For this series, and this piece, I use a combination of slab construction and wheel throwing to create deep textures which contrast with sleek wheel thrown forms. I added a wide pulled handle and wheel thrown spout. This teapot pours very nicely, not sluggish or too fast. The lid is wheel thrown and has a pinched knob. It features a long inset inner rim extension. This so that if you pour and forget to hold the lid on, it wont fall off into your cup and break. The teapot comes with the 4 tea bowls pictured. They are wheel thrown and glazed in the matching green glaze.

The tea set is made from a hazelnut brown stoneware clay body and glazed in a handcrafted green glaze which is microwave and dishwasher safe. Whether you keep this on display and only use it on special occasions or use it daily, it is sure to delight you and your guests with its aesthetically pleasing form and functionality.

This pitcher is made by a combination of processes which give it rich texture and smooth sweeping grace. It is from a series of work that I have been working on recently. I wanted to create something that really looked like it was dug right out of the earth. The texture reminds me of the different layers of the earths crust. This pitcher won a first place ribbon for the technique I used in creating it. For this series, and this piece, I use a combination of slab construction and wheel throwing to create texture on a wheel thrown piece. I altered the rim to give it a deep plunging mouth that just makes you want to pour something from it. The rim is connected to the double rim handle. I glazed the piece in earth tone glazes; iron red and sunny green.

While this pitcher is a decorative show piece, it is also 100% functional! Use it as a serving pitcher for special occasions or use it as a vase. This piece is sure to stand out in your collection.

This handcrafted "New Orleans" styled platter is both decorative and funcitonal! It captures the spirit of the city with the music notes around the outter rim and fleur-de-lis design in the center. This can be hung on a wall or in a dinging room hutch, or use it for serving food durring entertaining. Dishwasher safe. This is hand turned and hand carved, so dimensions, glaze and pattern may vary slightly. Platter is approximately 12.5 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall.

This is the Day Dreamer mirror complete with a built in dreamer. She would look wonderful in any room of a house, though she likes a good view wherever you place her.

This mirror is slab built, wheel thrown, carved and sculpted out of stoneware clay. It will hang flush to a wall or if you like a more rustic look, you can leave the hemp tie showing. The mirror is convex about 2.5 inches from the wall for a 3D look. The mirror is 13 inches diameter.

This is the casserole dish with a twist. The bottom is roundand the top it is squared with a squared lid. Handles on both sides make this easily transportable. Please specify color. Comes in blue, green or iron red

Through music she dreamed the day, "Dreaming the day" platter is hand sculpted and carved. This looks stunning in or on a dining room hutch or mantle. Hang it on a wall for a 3D effect. This platter is one of a kind and although the blue and iron glazes are food safe, this is not intended for functional use, as the face is sculpted and delicate.
